Celia Dumbra graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with top honors. Before coming to Italy, Celia worked with well-known New York and New Jersey chefs. Her experience extends to the wine regions of California, France, and Italy, where she studied viniculture and viticulture. Celia’s love of food led her to Tuscany, attracted by the fresh ingredients and traditions that are hallmarks of Italian cuisine.

Nicola and Sabina Reina are veteran restaurateurs in Florence. They are the charismatic and tireless owners of La Terrazza del Principe, an enchanting and innovative restaurant. Nicola and Sabina have combined a rich Sicilian heritage with their experience in Tuscan cooking to create a distinctly authentic Italian restaurant.
